No One Cares About You.
We're in a world that's been corrupted with a wrong ideology about "care."
There are different schemes and scams with the bait and claim to care for our loved ones, the people of a nation, our bosses and employees, or even customers.
But the truth is, when you look deeply, beyond the cloaks of pretence, you'll see the innate selfishness that plays out in every human.
For instance, why would clubs pay outstanding players outrageous sums of money? So they can get more investors and sell more game tickets.
Why would sponsors support a music celebrity? So thousands can come for the concert and they double their revenue.
Why would parents send their kids to school? Of course, most parents push kids to succeed because they hope it reflects back on them.”
These are to mention but a few of the examples of "care" that we claim to give.
The real question is, "if we removed all those external consequences" would we still take those actions?
Would you still love your kid, if he didn't want to go to school and get a job?
Will the boss be happy if a customer decides not to come to work?
The answer is no.
Why?
Because care is reciprocal in nature, which denotes that for me to give you "x" of anything, I must have received an intrinsic or extrinsic value of some kind.
You see why you get depressed when people don't dial your number, when people don't ask about you.
You think you're supposed to be cared for.
Well, what have you given to the person from whom you're seeking care?
The dictionary definition of care termed it "responsibility for or attention to our health, well-being and safety."
What makes you think someone would want to take up such burden for your sake when all you do is sit around and wish you were cared for.
People don't care for you.
And if you really want to be cared for, look for something valuable to do for someone, and hopefully you'll be remembered.
